1. Acceptance and Operator
ROVIANT is the public-facing brand operated by Rapid Route Courier Service (“ROVIANT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of roviantx.com and the ROVIANT Portal at portal.roviantx.com (collectively, the “Sites”). By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Sites and related services.
2. Website and Delivery Services
The marketing website provides information about ROVIANT and links to the Portal. The Portal supports functions such as quotes, accounts, booking, payment, tracking, delivery records, and business workspaces. Availability depends on the route, timing, item, access, operational capacity, and other request details.
Website descriptions and estimates do not create a guarantee that a request will be accepted or completed within a particular time. A quote, order confirmation, or other terms presented during booking may provide additional terms for a specific delivery. Those accepted order terms control if they conflict with general website information.
3. Accounts
Some Portal functions require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been used without authorization. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.
Accounts are intended for people who are at least 18 years old. Business users must have authority to act for the organization they identify or manage through the Portal.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Sites only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Sites in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
- Submit false, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized information.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or features without authorization.
- Interfere with security, availability, performance, or normal operation of the Sites.
- Use automated means to scrape, copy, or burden the Sites except as permitted by law or written authorization.
- Reverse engineer, bypass, or defeat access controls or technical protections except where applicable law expressly permits it.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Sites, users, ROVIANT, or others, or when these terms are violated.
5. Intellectual Property and License
Unless otherwise stated, Rapid Route Courier Service and its licensors own the Sites and their text, graphics, logos, software, layout, and other materials. All rights are reserved. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Sites for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not republish, sell, rent, sublicense, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site materials without permission, except as allowed by law. You may link to public Site pages if the link is lawful, accurate, and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. You may not use ROVIANT logos or artwork without written permission.
6. Information You Submit
You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You give ROVIANT permission to use, process, reproduce, and share them as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, operate the Sites, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations. You represent that you have the right to provide submitted information and instructions.
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or sensitive information that is not requested for the applicable service.
7. Payments and Third-Party Services
Payments are processed through Square and may be subject to the payment provider’s terms. The Sites may also rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, mapping, communications, analytics, and other operational functions. Your use of a third-party site or service may be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. ROVIANT does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. A link does not necessarily indicate endorsement.
8. Site Availability and Accuracy
We work to keep Site information useful and current, but information may contain errors or become outdated. We may change, suspend, or discontinue Site content or functions. We do not promise that the Sites will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Disclaimers and Website Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sites and their general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law permits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROVIANT and Rapid Route Courier Service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from your use of, or inability to use, the Sites or free general website content. This section does not create or change a courier liability limit for an accepted delivery, and it does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Links to ROVIANT
We may request removal of a link that is deceptive, unlawful, infringes rights, or falsely suggests sponsorship or endorsement. A website linking to ROVIANT remains responsible for its own content and for claims arising from that content.
11. Copyright Concerns
If you believe material available through the Sites infringes your copyright, email support@roviantx.com with identification of the work, the material at issue and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and any other information required by applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes and Severability
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless stated otherwise or required by law. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to support@roviantx.com.
