Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled across the ROVIANT website, ROVIANT Portal, and related delivery services.

Effective September 23, 2026

1. Scope and Who We Are

ROVIANT is the public-facing brand operated by Rapid Route Courier Service (collectively, “ROVIANT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy applies when you use roviantx.com, the ROVIANT Portal at portal.roviantx.com, our delivery and logistics services, or communicate with us about those services.

This policy does not control the independent privacy practices of websites or services that we do not operate.

2. Information We Collect

Account and contact information

When you create or manage a Portal account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, birthday, account type, company name, and authentication information. Our authentication provider manages account credentials and session information.

Quote, order, and delivery information

We may collect pickup and drop-off addresses, contact names and phone numbers, item or package details, service level, requested timing, access instructions, delivery notes, quotes, order status, tracking events, and proof-of-delivery information. Specialized requests may require additional documents or handling details.

Business-account information

Business workspaces may include organization and membership information, roles, departments, projects, cost centers, saved locations, delivery records, reports, and account preferences.

Payment information

Card details are collected and tokenized by Square. ROVIANT does not receive or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. We may retain payment tokens or processor references, card brand, last four digits, expiration information, transaction status, payment attempts, tips, refunds, and other records needed to manage payment activity.

Communications

We collect information you provide in support requests, emails, account messages, delivery instructions, and other communications with ROVIANT.

Information collected automatically

When you use our sites, we and our service providers may receive technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages or features used, timestamps, and request or error data. Authentication and essential site functions may use cookies or similar browser storage. The Portal also uses web analytics to understand use and performance.

3. How We Use Information

We use information as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide quotes, confirm availability, book and coordinate deliveries, and show delivery progress.
  • Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and operate personal and business workspaces.
  • Process payments, saved payment methods, tips, cancellations, and refunds through our payment provider.
  • Communicate about accounts, quotes, orders, service changes, and support requests.
  • Maintain delivery records, reporting, operational workflows, and customer-requested preferences.
  • Protect customers, personnel, ROVIANT, and others; detect misuse; and enforce applicable terms.
  • Measure site performance, troubleshoot problems, and improve our services.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • Delivery operations. To couriers, operations personnel, customers, recipients, and other parties who need relevant information to quote, coordinate, track, or complete a delivery.
  • Service providers. To providers supporting authentication, hosting, databases, storage, payments, mapping and address services, analytics, email, communications, and workflow automation. These providers process information for the services they supply to us.
  • Legal and safety reasons. When reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or government requests; protect rights, property, or safety; investigate fraud or misuse; or enforce our agreements.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
  • At your direction. When you ask us to share information or otherwise authorize the disclosure.

Consistent with our existing policy, ROVIANT does not sell or license personal information to outside parties as a business practice. We may use or disclose aggregated or de-identified information where it cannot reasonably identify an individual.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain transaction and delivery records, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting requirements, protect against fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention varies by the type of information and why it is needed. Closing an account does not necessarily delete records that we must or are permitted to retain.

6. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may update certain account information through the Portal or contact us to request assistance. You may opt out of marketing emails by using an unsubscribe option when available or contacting us. Operational messages about an active account or delivery may still be sent when needed to provide the service.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how personal information is handled. Submit a request to support@roviantx.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain or deny a request where permitted by law.

Browser controls can limit cookies or storage, although doing so may prevent authentication or other essential Portal functions from working correctly.

7. Children

ROVIANT accounts and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information in light of its nature and the services involved. No method of transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. California and Location of Processing

ROVIANT is operated from California. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law. This policy is governed by California law to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy and update its effective date. When required, we will provide additional notice through the website, Portal, email, or another appropriate channel.
