A customer can start an eligible standard quote without an account. Sign-in is required before secure booking.
Booking and Accounts
Where Do I Book and Pay?
Continue from the quote into the ROVIANT Portal. Available payment options appear during the authenticated booking process when applicable.
Why Is Sign-In Required Before Booking?
Sign-in connects the booking to the customer account and provides access to applicable payment, delivery status, and delivery records.
Delivery Timing and Status
How Can I Follow a Delivery?
Signed-in customers can view available customer-facing delivery status and records in the ROVIANT Portal.
Service Areas
Where Does ROVIANT Deliver?
ROVIANT serves Los Angeles County, selected surrounding areas, and longer-distance regional routes reviewed and confirmed by request. Availability depends on the route and request details.

What Can a Business Workspace Help Organize?
Depending on the account and role, business workspaces can support delivery activity, Departments, Projects, Cost Centers, analytics, delivery records, and role-based team access.
Scheduled Delivery
Can I Schedule a Delivery for Later?
Yes. Scheduled Delivery supports one eligible delivery requested for a future date and time, subject to confirmation and current booking requirements.
Does Scheduled Delivery Repeat Automatically?
No. The current service covers one scheduled delivery and is not a recurring route program.
Long-Distance Delivery
How Are Long-Distance Requests Handled?
Share the route, timing, item, access, and vehicle-fit details through the Long-Distance Review request so ROVIANT can evaluate the delivery.
Carrier Handoff
What Is Carrier Handoff?
Carrier Handoff is for an eligible carrier-ready shipment that ROVIANT takes to the selected carrier. Customers provide the required prepaid label, QR code, or other prepaid-ready material and instructions. ROVIANT does not create shipping labels or purchase postage, and the carrier controls acceptance.
How Do I Start a Carrier Handoff Request?
Create an account or log in, then continue through the authenticated booking area and provide the required handoff details.
Medical and Legal Delivery Boundaries
Which Medical-Office Requests May Fit?
Eligible prepared documents, administrative materials, and sealed packages may fit when handling requirements are disclosed and accepted. ROVIANT does not represent this service as meeting every medical-compliance requirement.

Eligible sealed legal documents and professional materials may fit. ROVIANT does not provide legal advice, process serving, notarization, court-filing guarantees, or delivery-outcome guarantees.
